To make sure you’re set up for success from day one, there are a few important requirements and expectations to know before you begin.
System Requirements
This opportunity is 100% remote, so having the right equipment and reliable internet is key. You’ll need a desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or 11 (some clients accept Mac), at least 4 GB of RAM, and a wired high-speed internet connection—no Wi-Fi or hotspots. You’ll also need a USB or wired noise-canceling headset and a quiet, distraction-free space to work. Because this is an independent contractor role, you’re responsible for maintaining your own equipment, internet service, and any updates needed to stay compatible with Arise’s secure systems.
Certification
Before servicing your first client, you’ll complete a certification course that prepares you for real-time work with that company. Some clients may require a background check or additional fees for certification, and most require a set number of service intervals (hours) each week. This ensures consistent coverage for the client—and a steady income stream for you.
